REACH Declaration of conformity

STAHLCON GmbH supplies parts for plant engineering and construction, is according to REACH Regulation (EG) No. 1907/2006 and its changes and additions up to (EU) 2020/1149 a „downstream user“ and is therefore fundamentally not subject to any registration obligation.

Thus, we are obliged to inform our customers according to Article 33 of the REACH regulation, provided that a SVHC substance in a mass concentration of more than 0,1 percent is contained in a product supplied by us.

The chemical substances contained in our products which might be subject to registration are to be registered exclusively by our pre-suppliers. As soon as we receive corresponding information from our suppliers, we shall immediately pass on this information to our customers.
